Invaders of the Rokujyōma!? Comedy Light Novels Get TV Anime

The AnimeJapan 2014 event updated its page for "RGB Stage" events on Thursday, and revealed that Takehaya's Rokujyōma no Shinryakusha!? (Invaders of the Rokujyōma!?) light novel series isgetting a television anime this summer.

The "apartment comedy" centers around Kōtarō Satomi, a boy who started to live by himself to attend a high school. He fortunately discovered a very cheap, tiny (six-mat or rokujyōma) room for 5,000 yen (about US$50) a month, and began his new life there. However, when he moved into that room "1X6" in the Korona complex, some unexpected "roommates" began appearing one by one:

Kōtarō's bizarre communal life has begun, and "this six-mat room is a battlefield!?"

The anime's voice cast includes Yūichi Nakamura, Tatsuhisa Suzuki, Aoi Yūki, Ayana Taketatsu, Eri Suzuki, Harumasa Ōmori, Masumi Tazawa, and Maria Naganawa. Yūki and Taketatsu's musical unit Petit milady is contributing their third single as the anime's ending theme song.

Takehaya launched the light novel series with illustrations by Poco in 2009, and Hobby Japanpublished the 14th volume last August. Tomosane Ariike started a manga adaptation on Hobby Japan's Comic Dangan website last December. The light novels already inspired an original promotional movie with some animated footage by director Shinichi Watanabe and SILVER LINK in 2010.

The official website for the light novel series has been teasing a "special project." AnimeJapan 2014 will host a special event for the television anime on its Blue Stage in Tokyo Big Sight on March 23 at 1:40 p.m.

The bright moon of autumn quietly illuminated the group of ships, which floated in the night sea.

It was the warships of Legnica. It was composed of thirty one small galley ships called “BeakerSpear” and three large galley ships called “RookCrossbow”. Each ship hung big lanterns which lighted fire at the prow and the stern. They measured the distance to other ships by this light.

The subjugation of the pirates on the heels of the Zchted Kingdom was their purpose.

At the prow of the flagship “Zhelezo LevIron Lion” of this fleet, one girl was currently up against a monster.

She was 22-year-old this year. Her glossy black hair trimmed around her shoulders, she wrapped her slender body with a black battle outfit.

In spite of her lovely features and body build, the presence of the two small swords grasped in both her hands and the fighting spirit colored in her black pupils did not give a lovely and delicate impression.

Alexandra Alshavin was the young girl’s name. Those close to her called her by her nickname “Sasha”. She was the supreme commander of this fleet and one of the seven Vanadis of Zchted.

The swords in Sasha’s hands had respectively golden and vermillion colors and they were clad in crimson flames. It was not that something was burning. The blades themselves were emitting flames.

Those two blades with a mysterious power were Sasha’s ViraltDragonic Tool, the Luminous Flame Bargren. It was also called “Toki no SojinTwin Blades of Demonic Force”.

AntiMagic Academy "The 35th Test Platoon" (Taimadou Gakuen 35 Shiken Shoutai, 対魔導学園35試験小隊) is a light novel series written by YANAGIMI Touki and illustrated by Ticket. 
Published by the Fujimi Fantasia Bunko, the series currently has currently six volumes.

Story Synopsis

In a world where people possessing magic are going extinct and armaments are at the peak, the seat that was taken from the sword by magic, is handed over to guns and the one cracking down on remaining magical threats is the 『Inquisition』. Kusanagi Takeru (草薙タケル ,草薙哮)

Magical Heritage: Relic Eater Series - The Malleus Maleficarum Type-Twilight "Mistilteinn"

First year student of 『AntiMagic Academy』, he is unable to use guns, his clumsiness at handling them is referred to as a "curse", the only way for him to become strong was to polish his sword skills. Takeru decided to become a part of Inquisition to prove the world that sword will not lose to a gun, after defeat at hand of Ootori Ouka, he decided to continue striving to become an Inquisitor for the sake of money. His household has a huge debt he has to pay off, also he needs money for the sake of his little sister. He is a captain of 35th Test Platoon also referred to as 『Small Fry Platoon』.

Ootori Ouka (鳳桜花)

Weapon: Handguns, assault rifles, shotguns.

Magical Heritage: Relic Eater Series - The Malleus MaleficarumIV "Vlad III"

A first year student attending 『AntiMagic Academy』, she transferred to school in the middle of term and was enlisted in 35th Test Platoon due to manipulation by Schools Chairman who is also her adoptive father. She bears a deep hatred towards witches due to a tragic incident in the past where her family was killed by a witch. Ouka excels at any type of combat, and possesses skills allowing her to act alone, she is prodigious Inquisitor who previously qualified to join Witch HunterDullahan the Inquisitions special unit.

Suginami Ikaruga (杉波斑鳩)

Weapon Used: Unknown/None.

Suginami Ikaruga is also first year student at the academy, she is a genius when it comes to maintaining and creating weapons, fiddling with machines, and hacking. A classmate and a good friend of Takeru's from middle school days. She was previously scouted to join a special division BlacksmithRegin before she entered high school, however she refused argumenting that she wants to live her "Youthful school life" and continue attending the school, she was assigned to 35th Test Platoon upon entering high school.

Saionji Usagi ((西園寺うさぎ)

Weapon used: Sniper rifles.

Usagi is a genius sniper who is also assigned to 35th Test Platoon, she is a girl from a high class family which shows in both her speech and actions. She is very emotional, and it shows on her face and her actions, she suffering from a horrible stage fright, that causes major incidents and mistakes. She wears an accessory in her hair that looks like rabbit ears which are her trademark, and is often teased by other members of the platoon.

Kusanagi Lapis, Lapis Lazuli, Mistletoe (草薙ラピス, らぴすらずり, 宿り木)

Her official name is The Malleus Maleficarum Type-Twilight "Mistilteinn", and she is an Inquisition's Relic Eater, a Magical Heritage. She is the only Magical Heritage known that can assume human form, she assumes a form of a little girl with azure coloured clothes, hair, and pupils. She is currently Kusanagi Takeru's contracted Relic Eater. Her form as a weapon is a sword, and she possesses an ability to turn into any kind and shape of a sword in existence, and even assume form of a 10 meter long sword. Her ID was faked and she enrolled in 『AntiMagic Academy』 as Takeru's little sister.

He recovered his consciousness. At the same time, he thought that it was cold. The root of his teeth shivered
 with a chattering sound.

His body shook, too. Rounding his back, as he tightly hugged himself, he first had to endure the cold. He even
thought that his body was frozen.

It was when the time of about a count of 1000 passed that his mood had settled down. It was much better
compared to the coldness of the night sea, and lukewarm air probably gave him warmth. The youth finally
raised his body.

His view was pitch-black and nothing could be seen. He put the bow, which he was tightly grasping, nearby
 and took off his cold clothes, which were dripping wet with the sea water. He also took off his trousers and
 underwear and squeezed them. Since he did not have enough strength now, he could not squeeze them
as well as he wanted.

As he felt pain to his head and touched it, there was something which appeared to be a wound. Though
 there was no slippery sensation, his hair was also wet. He sniffed the smell of the hand which touched the wound,
and judged that blood seemed to have stopped.

Summary: 
Goddess Tir Na Nog teleports Tigre to Zchetch. 
Sasha and Eli kill the beast.
Sasha dies. Twin blades float up and disappears.
Eli returns to her territory and sees Tigre fighting off pirates. Joins up with him.
Tigre calls himself by his father's name. Memory loss. No bow.
Eli asks what Tigre thinks of her eyes. He says that they're like a cat's eyes. Eli likes him.
Eli ponders about his background since he speaks with a Brune accent mixed with a touch of Zchetch accent. Her subordinate suggest that he's Tigre. Eli refutes it.
Mouzinel retreats, but the Bearded General sends one of his subordinate into Zchetch to look for the whereabouts of Tigre. If he's alive, kill him. If he's dead and buried, open the grave to verify.
King of Zchetch about to die. Summons two retainers to discuss his successor.
Valentina secretly meets the two.
One of the retainers tries to poison the other.
The poisoner escapes and the king sends Ellen after him.
On the road, Ellen meets Eli and a fight is about to start.
Volume 9's ETA is roughly "Early Summer" which suggests May, 2014
